Live to Play Sports works with the brands we distribute to offer best-in-class warranty coverage for their products in Canada. Please note that each brand may have specific warranty guidelines and restrictions. These can be viewed by selecting a specific brand from the list below.

All warranty service must be arranged through a Live to Play Sports retail partner and must be done with the original receipt. For a complete list of dealers see our Dealer Finder.



Please Note: All items
purchased at shop.livetoplaysports.com are final sale unless the item purchased is defective.

    Damaged or Defective Product

    • Items purchased at shop.livetoplaysports.com are final sale unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • If you believe that you have received a defective item, please take a photo of it upon receiving your order and contact our customer service department using the form provided below immediately with your concern.
      • Our customer service department must provide you with a confirmation that you are eligible for a return. 
    • Item(s) must arrive at Live to Play Sports within the 30-day period from when you received your purchase.
    • Returns items not in brand new or unworn condition will not be accepted.
    • Incompatible bike parts purchased are not eligible for a return.
    • Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility.
    • Items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser.

    Please note, due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on shorts with a chamois. (Ie: Bib shorts and lycra riding apparel)

     

    Manufacturer's Warranty

     

    Many of the products sold on shop.livetoplaysports.com come with a warranty in case of manufacturing defects or workmanship issues to assure the replacement or repair of a product, if necessary, within a specified period of time following your purchase. More information can be found on each vendors website for their specific policy on any warranty offered and the process of starting a warranty claim.
